In (A), expression of Sirt3 in young (n=6) compared to old (n=90 brains was significant at p<0.0001 by unpaired t-test. In (B), rhTFAM treatment (n=9) significantly increased Sirt3 expression compared to CTL treatment (n=9) in aged mice at p=0.0012 by unpaired t-test.
