(A) 96 h after transfection of HDFn cells with scramble control (Ctr), miR-152 or miR-181a sequence, cells were subjected to a 4h BrdU-pulse, then collected, PI stained and analyzed by flow cytometry as described in Figure 1. (B) Western blot analysis of protein extract of HDFn transfected with miR-152 and miR-181a versus scramble control sequence (ctr). MiR-152and miR-181a overexpression increase p53 and p16INK4 protein level. β-actin was used as loading control.
