(A, B) p53 regulates the osteogenic differentiation of BMMSCs through inhibiting transcription of miR-17-92 cluster and subsequent modulating Smurf1, a direct target gene of miR-17, aslo acts as a negative regulator for osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.
