(A) Fifty thousand MRC-5 normal human fibroblasts were seeded per well in 6-well plates. The next day, cells were infected with a retroviral vector encoding the indicated kinase. Ten days after infection, the cells were fixed and crystal violet stained. (B) Five days after infection, RNAs were prepared and p16 transcripts were quantified by RT-qPCR. Results were normalized with respect to the level of ACTB mRNA. Statistical analysis was performed with the T-test, p<0.01 **, p<0.05 *.
