At all time points, VgatΔDlx5-6 mice (male and female) displayed a significant weight reduction; VgatΔDlx5-6/+ males had also a significantly lower weight, while, during growth, until 11 weeks of age, the weight of female VgatΔDlx5-6/+ was not significantly different than controls (B).
