Figure 2. CD13 expression is positively induced in CDDP-resistant GC cells compared to parental GC cells. (A) Western blot assay was executed to evaluate the CD13 expression in GC cells that were transfected with exogenous CD13-expressing or control plasmids. (B) GC cells were transfected with indicated plasmids for 24h, and then treated with CDDP at increasing concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8μmol/L) for another 48 h. Inhibitory effect of CDDP on the cell growth was determined by CCK-8 method. The results are shown as the means±SD of three independent experiments.*P<0.05, **P <0.01 and #P>0.05. (C) Compared expression of CD13 in parental and CDDP-resistant GC cells was examined by Western blot assay. (D) Western blot assay was used to assess the CD13 expression in CDDP-resistant GC cells that were transfected with indicated plasmids. For Western blot assay, data are represented as the representatives (left panels) and relative expression with means±SD (right panels) from three independent experiments.**P<0.01.
