The up-regulation of AU on the expressions of Nrf2, SOD1, HO-1, OCN and BMP were strongly abolished in Nrf2-siRNA transfected MG63 cells after (A) Dex and (B) H₂O₂ exposure. The quantification data of proteins were normalized by corresponding GAPDH, respectively, expressed as mean ± S.D.
