Col10a1 showed significant elevation in Col10a1-TAp63γ stable cell lines compared with the controls after 4 days in culture. (B) ATD5C cells were harvested for RNA isolation on day zero or after 4 days in culture. Col10a1 showed significant elevation in pCMV-TAp63γ stable cell lines compared with the controls after 4 days in culture. (C) The protein levels of Col10a1 in TAp63γ stable cell lines also showed upregulation of Col10a1 compared to blank and pCMV controls by western blot analysis.
