Comprehensive analysis of TGF-β-induced mRNAs and ncRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma
The lncRNAs SLC7A11-AS1 and hsa_circ_0006123 may be related to the metastasis of HCC. Expression levels of three selected lncRNA s (A) and three selected circRNAs (B) in 81 pairs of HCC samples and adjacent non-cancerous tissues using qRT-PCR.
