(AF) The HCC827 and A549 cells were infected with the lentiviral plasmids carrying LINC00662 shRNA (shLINC00662) or corresponding control shRNA (shNC), or transfected with the LINC00662 overexpression vector or the corresponding control vector, and the exosomes were extracted and further treated the cells. (A, B) The cell migration and invasion were examined by transwell assays in the cells. (CF) The migration and invasion were measured by wound healing assays in the cells.
