With calculation, the percentage of IL-6 in IB4, CGRP, NF200 neuron was 72.3±8.1%, 81.9±8.9%, 69.1±9.2% respectively (E). The red refers to IL-6, the green refers to IB4, CGRP, NF-200 or GFAP, and the yellow refers to the colocalization.
