HNPCs were treated with IL-1β (10 ng/mL), TNF-α (40 ng/mL) and hydrogen peroxide (500 μM) for 24 hours to establish an in vitro IVDD model. (A) TUNEL staining was employed for apoptosis detection. (B) The miR-19b-3p level was testified by qRT-PCR. (C, D) The profiles of matrix metalloproteinases MMP-3, MMP-9, MMP-13, ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5 were compared by qRT-PCR and WB.
