Eight POD patients and eight non-POD patients were randomly selected, from whom peripheral blood on the third postoperative day (T2) was collected for testing through Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) proteomics study. A total of nine proteins were upregulated and 55 proteins were downregulated in the peripheral blood of POD patients compared with non-POD patients (A).
