Figure 9. Effect of balA on autophagic flux induced by PI3K silencing. (A) Autophagic flux was determined in IL-1β treated chondrocytes. Cells with inhibited expression of miR-27a and PI3K were co-treated with bafA for 12 hrs. Cell lysates were subjected to WB analysis using anti-p62, anti-LC3B and anti-GAPDH antibodies.
