At the end of experiment, mice were sacrificed under anesthesia. Pulmonary artery isolated from mice were subjected to measure BH4 in (A), DHFR activity in (B), and BH2 in (C). All data were expressed as mean ± SEM. 10-15 mice were in each group. *P<0.05 VS Vehicle alone, ^#P < 0.05 VS monocrotaline alone. A one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey post-hoc tests was used to produce the P values.
