Three weeks after monocrotaline injection, pulmonary artery isolated from mice were subject to measure BH4 in (A), BH2 in (B), NO productions in (C), and ROS productions in (D). All data were expressed as mean ± SEM. 10-15 mice were in each group. *P<0.05 VS WT alone. A one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey post-hoc tests was used to produce the P values.
