Combined identification of ARID1A, CSMD1, and SENP3 as effective prognostic biomarkers for hepatocellular carcinoma

ARID1A, CSMD1, and SENP3 yielded AUC values of 0.489 (95% CI: 0.402–0.576; P > 0.05), 0.573 (95% CI: 0.488–0.658; P > 0.05), and 0.609 (95% CI: 0.526–0.692; P = 0.013), respectively. P < 0.05 indicates statistical significance.
