Development and validation of a prognostic nomogram for predicting in-hospital mortality of COVID-19: a multicenter retrospective cohort study of 4086 cases in China

The nomogram variables include age, disease severity at admission, dyspnea, cardiovascular disease, C-reactive protein, total bilirubin, blood glucose, and urea. To use the nomogram, an individual patient’s value is located on each variable axis, and a line is drawn upward to determine the number of points received for each variable value. The sum of these numbers is located on the Total Points axis, and a line is drawn downward to the survival axes to determine the likelihood of survival of 5-, 15-, and 30-day survival.
