(A, B) Sirt1^fl/fl and Sirt1^fl/fl-LysMCre BMDMs were treated with HDM, the expression of p-p38 and p-ERK was assessed by using Western blot analysis; (C–E) p38 inhibitor SB203580 and ERK inhibitor U0126 were added in HDM-exposed BMDMs and BMDMs were collected after 24 h.
