The criteria of record exclusion were as follows: i) Reviews and meta-analysis and bioinformatics; ii) Case report; iii) Article not in English; iv) No lncRNA study; v) Non-human study: cell lines or/and mice; vi) Other disease. Finally, 35 up-regulated lncRNAs and 13 down-regulated lncRNAs in lung cancer were identified from these studies.
