MKRN2 inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer by downregulating PKM2

When ERK activator in SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells in which MKRN2 was overexpressed, it promoted cell proliferation (C, E, G). However, when used an ERK inhibitor in SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells in which MKRN2 was inhibited, inhibition of cell proliferation was observed (B, D, F).
