Long noncoding RNA TPT1-AS1 promotes the progression and metastasis of colorectal cancer by upregulating the TPT1-mediated FAK and JAK-STAT3 signalling pathways

TPT1-AS1 expression was examined in TPT1-AS1 silencing HCT116 and LoVo cells (B) and overexpressing SW620cells (C). MTT (D) and clone formation assays (E) were applied to assess the effect of TPT1-AS1 on CRC cell proliferation and growth.
